HARRY A. DELAPP
FOUNDER (July 12, 1934 - June 26, 2003)

In 1956, Harry received his Civil
Engineering degree from Ohio Northern University and began his career in
the construction industry. From 1956-1961, he performed design and
inspection work for Mutz & Starkey, Norwalk, OH, and became a Registered
Professional Engineer and Surveyor in 1961. After serving as Chief
Engineer for Funk Construction, New London, OH, from 1961-1965, Harry
accepted the position of Vice President and Chief Engineer for Bay-Con
Corporation, Sandusky, OH, from 1965-1976. On October 14, 1976,
Harry incorporated Cedar Bay Construction, Huron, OH, and served as its
President, Chief Engineer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. In
1998, he initiated an Executive Committee of Office and Field Personnel to
decide matters regarding day to day operations of the Corporation,
including major equipment purchases, safety, employee benefits, bidding
and manpower scheduling.

PRESIDENT, CHIEF ESTIMATOR & PROJECT
ENGINEER
Ron's construction experience began
during his internship from 1970-1973 as a co-op student and engineer in
training at Bay-Con Corporation, Sandusky, OH. After receiving his
degree in Civil Engineering in 1973 from Cleveland State University, Ron
joined Bay-Con's full-time staff as an Engineer and Project Manager.
In 1976, he joined Cedar Bay as Secretary/Treasurer and Project Engineer
assuming estimating and project management responsibilities, as well as
serving on the Board of Directors. In 1998, Ron became Vice
President of the Corporation and joined its Executive Committee. In
2003, Ron was elected as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
JAMES JORDAN

PROJECT MANAGER
Jim is a 1986 graduate of Sandusky High
School, majoring in Vocational Industrial Drafting, and furthered his
Mechanical Engineering training at Terra Technical College, Fremont, OH,
from 1986-1988. His drafting career began at The Mack Iron Works
Company, Sandusky, OH, from 1988-1991 where he served as Project Draftsman
and C.A.D. Manager. Because of Jim's drafting and computer
background, he was hired by Cedar Bay in 1991 to handle pipe estimating,
purchasing and C.A.D. detailing. In 1995, he was promoted to Project
Manager. Also, Jim is the company Safety Director, Website
Administrator and computer geek. Since 1998 Jim has been a member of Cedar Bay's Executive
Committee.
TODD MAHONEY

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Todd has worked in the construction
trades since graduating in 1974 from Black River High School. He had
fifteen years of experience in home and restaurant construction before
being hired by Cedar Bay as a Carpenter in 1988. Todd served as
Assistant Superintendent on numerous Water and Wastewater Treatment
Improvement projects, in addition to a number of Bridge projects.
Todd was promoted to Superintendent in May of 1998 and serves on Cedar
Bay's Executive Committee.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT &
SECRETARY/TREASURER
In 1970, Pat was hired by Bay-Con
Corporation, Sandusky, OH, as full-time Secretary for their Vice President
and Chief Engineer, Harry DeLapp. While attending Bowling Green
State University from 1973-1976, Pat diversified her duties at Bay-Con
working part-time in their Executive, Industrial, Marketing and Payroll
Departments. Pat joined Cedar Bay in 1977 as Administrative
Assistant where her duties include corporate and project administration,
job cost accounting, bid and contract documents, personnel and benefits
administration. In 1998, Pat was elected to serve on Cedar Bay's
Board of Directors & Executive Committee. In 2003, Pat was elected as
Secretary/Treasurer.
